From nutrition to mindset, from community to movement to rest — there are so many things that contribute to helping us feel our best.
And we all deserve that — to feel our best, to feel good, connected and confident in our bodies and our lives. It’s truly one of my greatest joys and honors to work with others as they discover what authentically works for them.
From that empowered, healthy place, you start believing anything is possible for your life, because it is! Suddenly, the positive changes you've made have a ripple effect, because when one boat rises, we all rise! And that, to me, is what wellness is all about: it's about taking care of ourselves, our communities and our people.
I’m a Senior SoulCycle instructor, lululemon Ambassador, dancer and wellness coach in San Francisco, Ca. I live for coffee in the mornings, a gorgeous kitchen, beach moments and community!
It’s not an understatement when I say food changed my life — it was my gateway to true wellness and started me on a journey of discovering what makes me feel amazing in my own skin.
This is why I'm here coaching women through the same changes that transformed my life.
Molli has truly changed my life. Whenever I start to worry or doubt myself, I remember what she’s taught me about how to speak to myself and change my messaging to reflect the truth. It’s truly refreshing how she creates spaces for people to be real and inspires people to take tangible action to move themselves forward. My life is objectively so much better with Molli in it; I seriously have a completely new outlook on my body and my fitness now. I didn’t even realize how much happiness was possible until she showed me. My renewed perspective on my own health and wellness has made me a better friend and coworker, and I’m so thankful for everything she’s taught me.
I've noticed that most coaching programs are just concerned with people listening to their own words instead of trying to help ME make changes in my life. Molli truly LISTENS and RECEIVES and then guides you in the right direction that doesn't feel intrusive or unattainable. She has a big ole personality and is the BEST person to guide you through your journey. Molli helped me come up with a consistent, manageable workout routine that I could actually stick to (which never happens!). I'm down 15 lbs, but most importantly, I'm in the best shape of my life. 2020 has been very tough on everyone, including myself, but in working with Molli, finding my inner cheetah with my workouts & eating management, I've been able to change my life for the better. Thank you Molli!!
She highlights the humanity in all of us and pushes us to think deeper, do better and act bigger than we ever have before. She encourages all of us, but particularly women and those who have been historically marginalized, to take up the space we deserve while also lifting up those around us. She made me feel important and seen. She’ll make you believe you are worthy. You can show up exactly who you are - messy, vulnerable, full of emotions, searching for purpose, highly energized or even unsure and she’ll bring humor, kindness, encouragement.
Our internal dialogue, literally the thoughts we think about ourselves, impacts our self-esteem, confidence, and ability to create the life we want. By cultivating a supportive internal narrative, we reduce cortisol levels and inflammation, produce oxytocin (a.k.a. the "love drug"!) and increase overall well-being. Basically, being kind to ourselves makes us happier, healthier and more resilient! Not to mention, it just feels better to not be an asshole to ourselves. Change your mind and change your whole damn life! To do this, we focus on gratitude, growth mindset and self-compassion.
Regular movement plays a critical role in how we feel and show up in the world. Sure, exercise is great for our physical well-being, and we all want to feel strong in our bodies. But physical exercise impacts our mood, decreases anxiety, and generally makes us feel more courageous, badass, and beautiful. And not only does that feel amazing, but that energy is contagious! The energetic way we carry ourselves impacts ALL of our interactions — from work to relationships to our sex life — even just checking out at Walgreens! Our body is also the vessel housing our incredible, unique spirit. When we take care of our body, our spirits flourish.
Our true selves. Our one-of-a-kind, light-filled soul that is here for a purpose: to share in joy, connection, love, healing and meaning! And this will look different for all of us — we all have unique gifts and a unique path, but we share one aspect in common: When we take care of our spirit, we feel alive! Whether this comes in the form of your career, your hobbies or your passion projects — it all sets us up to feel expansive and free.
The food we eat on the daily plays a HUGE role in how we show up in the world. We eat, on average, at least 3 times a day (or ya know, every 2 hours if you're like me!) The food we eat can be both delicious AND healthy! Not only does it provide us energy and fuel, but it also provides pleasure. There's no reason that you have to sacrifice enjoyment to reach your health goals. It took me years to figure this one out, and that's why I get so excited about sharing amazing food with my community.
Our spirits — and literally our biology — are hardwired for connection. We are meant to share life with others, our village, our community, our people! Healthy social connections are greater predictors of longevity than almost any other pillar of health, including diet and exercise. How cool is that?! Simply put, if we don't have our people, we cannot thrive! Prioritize nourishing, healthy, supportive relationships and see how damn good life feels.
